Today's weather was so hot I can feel the burning heat all over the room. The madness of the weather which I strongly believe is due to the effect of the global warming where the evidence of the extreme events is happening all over the world. Severe flood, blizzard and now the hottest day ever, well.. that is the warmth embrace of the La Nina. So, with nothing to do, I simply took nothing which I had it uploaded here..

Bagan Lalang I: the sand of times

I have to check my planner for the date.. ok, we went there on Sunday, 4/2/07. I was so bored spending my weekend at home so i just ask hubby let's go somewhere. So, we decided to go to Bagan Lalang so the kids can play with the waves this time. Last week we went to Sg. Chongkak twice but then I forgot to bring my camera so nothing was captured. Anyway, they really enjoy the sea so much. I had under estimated their interest with the sea and since I expected them NOT to get wet, I didn't bring any spare clothes. So, our maid suri had to do the Baywatch job.Luckily for the kids, I do bring some for them though. By the way, we ended our evening there by savoured some fresh seafood at the local restaurant near the wet market located at the end of the road. We were all so hungry so nothing was captured.

Happy 4th Birthday, Aqil

 12 January 2007 - Happy 4th Birthday, Muhammad Aqil Dearest.. mama & baba & Adik loves you so much.. So do Mak Wan and Kak Suri..
It was Friday so lepas balik kerja I quickly pergi beli his cake kat Baker's Cottage kat depan ofis (Ampang Point), then pegi kat Pandan Indah cari CD untuk Aqil (he actually requested Game Boy instead), then pegi pulak tapau Pizza Hut kat Taman Connaught.. Aqil ni mintak je cake ada strawberry segala, tapi yang tukang perabih cake tu mama dia lah..
Since dah ada entry ni, I pun selitkan jugak my cupcakes I bought for myself for my own 29th birthday 30 December lepas.. I loves the icing very much!

BBQ: Aidil Adha 2006

Hari Raya Haji tahun lepas kami buat BBQ kat kampung. Ramai yang datang. seronoknya, raya haji tu on 31 Dec.2006, buat malam tapi tadak sorang pun yang dok sebok celebrate New Year..he..he..he.. Hari ni Awal Muharram, baru ada masa nak update sikit. Bila tengok balik gambar ayam tu, menceceh air liur.
Ayam tu my hubby yang sponsored, rempah perap pakai Mak Ndak punya resepi and Satay pulak ehsan Fahmi, Anas dan Mak Bot. Ayam tu sedap sangat. sebab tu Raya Haji so banyaklah makanan. Tapi, unfortunately, semua orang lupa nak ambik close up gambar ayam,daging dan satay sebab semua dok pulun makan.. Personally, ni lah BBQ paling best. Insha Allah, kalau ada rezeki bulan 7 ni boleh buat lagi..

Hanoi-Field Trip

It was the last day of our workshop and all of us are looking forward to go home. I was so homesick and miss my hubby and the kids very very much. The workshop was organized by NCAR/CCB, Colorado University and WRU Hanoi. It was sponsored by WMO (World Meteorological Organization). Basically, the programme aimed to enhance our understanding of water affairs and climate affairs. Anyway, they took us to visit the dykes of Red River.The Red River is sooo wide and it often flooded and so come the dykes to protect the city.Quality of the pictures is bad due to its very cloudy weather. But, I love the rural scenery though and the free and easy lifestyle of the folks there. By the way, great thanks to Mickey and Caponi, I wouldn't come to Hanoi if it's not for this workshop.

My Day: 9-10 February 2002

Nikah on 9/2/2002 kat Masjid Aman, Alor Setar, Kedah and the kenduri was on the next day. Gambar ni masa kenduri (reception) on 10/2/2002.  Gambar semua dalam hard copy so malas nak scan banyak2. I scan this few years back then jumpa balik, dlm gambar macam lawa je tapi realiti...muahaahhaaaa...
